2007 Nebraska State GAYP Open
Nebraska State Open GAYP (freestyle) Checkers Tournament to be held on Saturday, October 13. The tournaments will be open class with two groups of players. You will play two games with everyone in your group (6 or 7 rounds). The winners of each group will playoff for the championship. American Legion Post #1, 7811 Davenport St., Omaha, Nebraska. - The Nebraska Checkers Association held their first GAYP Tournament since 1916.... The attendance was encouraging with 12 entries. It was a close finish down to the last round of play. The Ty. was held in Omaha, Ne. on Saturday, October 13th.
